This policies and procedures applies to all GOLDENSTREAMMEDIA.COM products sold on this site or any other site owned by GOLDENSTREAMMEDIA.COM that includes a link to this page.

Within the first 7 days after starting, the client can cancel his subscription under the requirement that no work has been done by GOLDENSTREAMMEDIA — for any product. Only then, a full refund can be done. Payment and processing fees are excluded. If packages including a creation process (e.g. store creation) have been purchased, and the creation process already started, only a partial refund can be given. If the creation process has to be done by the client, GOLDENSTREAMMEDIA reserves the right to cancel the subscription with a partial refund if the client does not finish the creation process within 10 days after the meeting with the assigned ad buyer.
All packages offer the testing of up to 6 products per month. This means if the store creation took 10 days, only 4 products will be tested until the renewal of the subscription comes up. Remaining products will not be tested by GOLDENSTREAMMEDIA beyond a canceled subscription, nor do they mean that a monthly subscription will guarantee the test of 6 products. Marketing platforms like Facebook can potentially and temporarily deactivate an ad account. This is out of GOLDENSTREAMMEDIA`s power and will not be covered in terms of testing products, nor the subscription itself.
Your Golden Stream Media, LLC. (“Golden Stream Media llc”) membership will continue month-to-month unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment to use the Golden Stream Media, LLC. (“Golden Stream Media llc”) service. We will bill the monthly membership fee to the payment method used when signing up unless updated or changed by subscriber. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s membership fees to your Payment Method. If you cancel after the re-bill or cancel early where there is a refund then there will be a $100 refund fee. Including any other commissions paid and other fees that might have incurred.
Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.
We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a monthly basis for your membership fee until you cancel. To cancel your subscription submit a ticket at email@example.com
Monthly Golden Stream Media, LLC. Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to Returns & Subscription Cancellations section of the Terms of Service page.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the goldenstreammedia.com Products and Services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that goldenstreammedia.com may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
